Our oil has a certified health claim status

Olive oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood LDL lipids from oxidative stress

The claim may be used only for olive oil which contains at least 5 mg of hydroxytyrosol and its derivatives (e.g. oleuropein complex and tyrosol) per 20 g of olive oil. According to the certificate of chemical analysis of our olive oil for the production year 2025/2026 (24/11/2025), 8.5mg of polyphenols are contained per 20 g of olive oil.
